I love bird and whale watching, and doing basically anything at the coast. I practice mindfulness and meditation, work in expressive arts, sand tray, and guitar and drumming as part of my daily self care. I also treasure my time with my wonderful family and laughing excessively with my beautiful grandchildren.

I can bill insurance for clients with Pacific Source, First Choice, and Aetna.
Telehealth is now available due to the COVID limitations, you will be provided the same excellent therapeutic relationship, just via a video platform. Existing clients share that it is easy to navigate and teletherapy has been advantageous for clients not wanting to drive to another appointment and of course it provides a safe structure for avoidance of COVID risks. During these critical times in history, I am being contacted more often as therapy is a way to manage not only a diagnosis, but also reactions and dysregulation brought on by the many restrictions we are living under currently in Oregon.
